Our Future Leaders Program 

The Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) is designed to develop tomorrow’s leaders, today.

From day one, you'll own projects and workstreams that contribute to real business outcomes, working alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry. Through a combination of hands-on experience, structured learning, mentorship and leadership exposure, you'll accelerate your development while making a meaningful impact from the start. It’s fast-paced, challenging and incredibly rewarding. 

You'll be encouraged to take ownership, bring fresh thinking to the table and challenge convention. In return, you'll gain the experience, support and opportunities needed to build the skills, confidence and capability to become a purpose-led leader

The Unilever Future Leaders Programme – Finance

Finance at Unilever is about a lot more than just numbers – it’s commercial, and it sits at the heart of business value creation and decision-making. We see the bigger picture behind the figures and partner with the business to shape strategy, drive profitable growthand turn insight into action. Our Finance team plays a crucial role in building our business and being a force for good. From day one you’ll be at the heart of multi-billion-euro brands – shaping their development, pricing and revenue growth management, and the commercial decisions that create real value.

Over the course of three placements,you’llgain an in-depth understanding of our operations and the commercial engine behind our brands. You’llwork across financial accounting, managementreportingand analysis, and business partnering with other functions – all while getting to experience real work straight away. You’ll also help lead the AI revolution within Unilever: our Finance function is at the forefront of putting AI and analytics to work – from our ANZ Finance AI Hackathon to automating manual tasks and sharpening decisions – so you’ll build the skills to shape the future of Finance in an AI-first business.
