UFLP – Go-To-Market (Sales and Marketing)
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh | Duration: 15 Months
About UFLP
The Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) is a 15-month accelerated talent programme designed for high-potential individuals who are ready to take on real business challenges and create meaningful impact from the outset. This is not a conventional management trainee experience; it is a dynamic, stint-based development journey where individuals rotate across key pillars within their chosen function, gaining end-to-end exposure and building a holistic understanding of the business. Throughout the programme, participants undergo multiple structured assessments embedded within the journey, enabling continuous reflection, performance tracking, and focused development. The programme is designed to fast-track exceptional talent, equipping them to become future leaders within Unilever Bangladesh and the broader FMCG landscape.
Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
As part of the Go-To-Market (Sales and Marketing) function, you will be entrusted with high-impact, live business projects aligned with Unilever’s strategic priorities, where you will be expected to take complete ownership and drive measurable outcomes. Over the course of your 15-month journey, each stint will be closely guided by senior leaders within the function, enabling direct learning from experienced practitioners and exposure to critical decision-making environments.
Drive projects end-to-end with clearly defined business impact, applying structured thinking, data-driven insights, and commercial acumen to solve complex, real-world challenges. Deep immersion within the Customer Business Development (CBD) field team to understand front-line execution, after which you will collaborate closely with revenue-generating teams to ensure seamless design and integration across the Go-To-Market ecosystem. Partner with Marketing teams across Business Units, contributing to forward-looking strategies focused on social-first marketing, consumer-centric initiatives, and impactful brand activations. Demonstrate strong ownership, discipline, and accountability in execution, while managing timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring consistently high-quality delivery. Present your project outcomes, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership teams, reinforcing your ability to influence and drive business decisions.
Learning & Development Experience
This programme offers an immersive learning experience anchored in real business exposure and continuous development.
Gain hands-on experience working on critical, high-impact projects while building familiarity with Unilever’s tools, technologies, and ways of working. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end Go-To-Market funnel, spanning both sales execution and marketing strategy. Benefit from close interactions with experienced managers and industry-leading professionals, receiving real-time feedback that supports both personal and professional growth.
Mentorship & Support
Each participant is supported through a structured mentorship framework, including a dedicated mentor and a buddy who will provide continuous guidance, coaching, and feedback throughout the journey. The programme incorporates multiple feedback mechanisms, ensuring that development is ongoing, actionable, and aligned with individual growth aspirations within the organization.
Final Placement & Future Opportunities
Upon completion of the programme, participants will present a comprehensive overview of their journey and contributions to the Unilever Bangladesh Management Committee (MC). Based on performance and demonstrated potential, the MC will determine final placement into a full-time role, along with progression to the next level within the organization. Consistently strong performance during UFLP can unlock broader opportunities not only within Unilever Bangladesh but also across the global Unilever ecosystem.
Eligibility Criteria
This opportunity is open to final-year undergraduate students from recognized universities who will have completed all academic coursework (excluding internship requirements) by September 2026.
Applicants must be available for a full-time, on-site working model and demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver their best. A minimum CGPA of 2.50 is required, alongside a strong record of involvement beyond academics, including participation in business competitions, debating, entrepreneurial ventures, part-time roles, or leadership experiences. Given the rigor of the selection process, candidates are expected to present well-rounded profiles that reflect both capability and initiative.

We seek individuals who are intellectually curious, driven, and eager to learn, with the ability to approach problems analytically and solve them with clarity and structure.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive mindset, high accountability, and a strong sense of ownership, while being adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
Selection Process
Applicants are permitted to apply to only one functional track; submissions across multiple functions will result in automatic disqualification at the initial stage. Following application submission, candidates must complete a psychometric assessment, which serves as a blended aptitude evaluation and is mandatory for progression in the process, this assessment must be completed within the registration deadline. Shortlisted candidates will subsequently be contacted with further details regarding the next stages of assessment.
