Cikarang Skin Factory plays a critical role in delivering high‑quality Beauty & Wellbeing products to consumers across the region. As a dynamic site supporting multiple brands and categories, the successful execution of innovations and product changes is essential to our competitiveness. Ensuring every innovation lands on time, in full, and with uncompromised quality requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and cross‑functional collaboration.

As a key member of the Engineering and Maintenance team, the BW ID Asst. Maintenance Manager for Pouch, Sachet & BN will work closely with Production, SUIT, Planning, Engineering & RND. Reporting to the Cikarang Engineering Manager, this role is responsible for maintenance & continues improvement for sachet, pouch and big nose machine for BW and PC in Cikarang Skin Factory.

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist with scheduling and prioritizing task list in Professional Maintenance

• Ensure all maintenance work is completed on time and in compliance with safety and quality standards. 

• Develop the maintenance strategy and deliver continues improvement for sachet, pouch & BN line

• Evaluate Risk Assessment for all project and maintenance activity that provided by contractor or third party and ensure all contractor activities are safe with high quality of standard.

• Improve overall equipment effectiveness by reducing the down time (minor stops), increasing speed and minimizing waste. 

• Ensure availability of critical and consumable parts & optimize spare parts inventory.

• Work closely with production, quality, safety to align maintenance plans with production schedule.

• Ensure quick resolutions of machine breakdowns to minimize downtime, analyze root causes of recurring failures and implement long term solutions

Candidate Criteria :

Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics

• Working knowledge on preventive and predictive maintenance 

• Experience in handle complicated and high risk task

• Have a good leadership and field oriented.

• Have business mindset, organizational, strategic and cultural awareness

Skill

• High level of communication, technical skill and teamwork

• Analytical and sharp with numbers and data

• Fluent in business English, with Strong communications skills and ability to engage and influence others.

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a good eye for detail

• Stakeholder management, able to build relationship with people across functions, cultures, geographies, and companies

• Strong on execution, energetic and be pro-active

• Competence in engineering software simulation, Microsoft tools, especially Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI

• Able to work independently and virtually
