Job Purpose

HC ID CM-Network & LTCP Assistant Manager will be responsible for CM Operation, focusing on matured CM, ensuring excellence performance of HC CM on SQSCS (Service, Quality, Safety, Cost, and Sustainability) pillars. To deliver excellence on those pillar, he/she need to work in collaboration with ULI Expert Team and CM Partner to set the standard, ensure compliance to standard, and do management of change (MoC) in CM. On top of this he/she will be responsible for governing and optimization of HC ID Sourcing Network: Make-or-Buy Analysis, Distributive Manufacturing Framework, and implementation of CM F4G and 5S Savings. For the LTCP, he/she is responsible for governing the RCDSR Process and lead Sourcing Network Analysis and Improvement along with Resilience Plan for HC ID BU.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading weekly operational governance of CM-LCBM Operation to ensure implementation of SQSCS pillars with developed CM Partner.

  • Responsible for setting and upholding the standard for SQSCS in accordance to local regulation or UL guideline collaborating with ULI Expert.

  • Assist CM Manager for Management of Change (MoC) in CM and ensure smooth transition for any BAU projects in CM.

  • Responsible for performance tracking for HC ID CM (Developed & LCBM) in accordance to SQSCS pillars.

  • Responsible for CM F4G implementation and lead governance to ensure OTIF of Project in collaboration with CM Procurement.

  • Lead implementation of 5S Savings Project in CM with collaboration with Procurement, R&D, and CM Partner.

  • Responsible for HC ID multi-year LTCP development including Capacity Modeling for CM, In house, and Export nodes.

  • Assist CM Manager to optimize Sourcing Network through Make-or-Buy and Distributive Manufacturing Framework (i.e. Material Sourcing, Distribution Network)

  • Assist CM Manager to develop Resilience Plan/Business Continuity Plan through Scenario Modeling, Risk Identification (single sourcing, bottleneck) for LT decision support.

  • Assist CM Manager for BIC Cost (specific CM Conversion Cost) Governance and Improvement Plan including CM F4G Savings and CM Benchmark in collaboration with CM Procurement.

  • Assist and represent CM Manager on coordination and alignment meeting related to project in CM.

  • Support any other job or duties assigned by the management as and when required.

  • Support other CM Team and Supply Chain Team on project relevant to CM.

  • Support transformation agenda in CM and UL Factories.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from Engineering, Mechanical and Industrial Engineering preferred. Experience in supply chain: planning, production, and engineering is preferred.

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in the factory as Asst. Manufacturing Manager, Asst. Planning Manager, Production Engineer, or similar position.

  • Able to analyze complex set of data related to demand, volume, capacity, and cost and see insight in trend, movement, and specific group. Able to connecting the data in paper and actual operation and also spot opportunity for improvement.
