Job Title: Greater Asia Planning Excellence Lead - Performance Management

Location: BGC, PH (Hybrid)

Job Objective:

• Ensure alignment of KPI reporting between Global and Regional Reporting

• Key enablers of KPI improvement through special project

• Drive Planning KPI of Greater and B&W BU to achieve target

Focused Project for 2026:

• MEIO compliance for all BU in Philippines, Vietnam & Thailand from 70% to 90% including Philippines Depot. Standardization of input to MEIO for all BU-Countries. (Input parameter must be governed with framework for each BU)

• Segmentation to be included in the Edge & Planning Scorecard PowerBI reports for Greater Asia.

• Data source migration for RTVA from AAS to PBI Data sets.

Candidate profile preference

• Planning experience of atleast 3-5 years

• With Operational Experience from FMCG is preferred

• Unilever work level 1M or 1C equivalent

• Must be knowledgeable with Kinaxis and SAP
