JOB PURPOSE

The Execution planner champions the voice of planning at Unilever manufacturing locations. This role spearheads the future readiness of our supply network (factories and suppliers). This hybrid role is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of production and distribution plans while maintaining optimal inventory levels across the supply chain. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficiency and accuracy.

WHAT YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESWILLBE

Manage constrained sourcing unit schedule with information from Supply Planners and sourcing unit operations teams with a varying style of focus:
Historical – ensure learnings are identified and if predictions were correct
1-4 week rolling capacity constrained plan
4+ weeks managing downtime requirements and other inputs to RCCP, ensuring planning targets are being met, identifying root causes for gaps and potential mitigation
Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of plans.
Monitor daily operations and adjust plans as needed to address disruptions or changes in demand.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, production adherence, and capacity utilization.
This role is accountable to be the sourcing unit link to planning and manage the schedule of all FG SKUs at a particular site.

Inventory Control:
Analyze inventory levels and trends to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system inventory.
Implement inventory control procedures and best practices to improve accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to manage safety stock and reorder points.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations / Supply Chain or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, or similar field
  • Empowerment, Experimentation and Collaboration a must
  • Strong relationship management and team leadership both internally and externally
  • Holding people accountable, developing self and others, breakthrough thinking, optimizing Supply Chain integrated performance, strategic vision and influencing

PREFERRED:

  • Working knowledge of SAP is preferred.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $71,000-$106,600. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. 

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. 

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
