Key Responsibilities:

• Drive operational efficiency across production lines by identifying and eliminating losses and waste.
• Apply tools and methods from AM, PM, FI, and QC pillars to improve line performance.
• Develop and implement technical standards to ensure smooth, uninterrupted production.
• Train operators on technical standards and restoration activities to maintain machinery and equipment in optimal condition.
• Identify and share best practices across different production lines.
• Ensure the accuracy and effective use of the MMP (Manufacturing Management Platform) data system.
• Collaborate with the plant engineering team to implement automation and digital transformation projects.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of ideal production systems and operational principles.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective operational standards.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
