Job Title : AFEM DT Southern Sulawesi

Work Location : Depo Makassar

Job Responsibilities :

• Translating the brand message, category plan, and channel strategy though high-quality consumer experience on ground.

• Implementation of Perfect Stores (6P) execution to deliver impactful growth.

• Implementing DT promotion initiatives and space optimization in outlets to speed up the speed to shelf in store, stock assortment and availability.

• Ensuring the implementation of initiatives translated to execution by internal team and BP team.

• Having good negotiation skills to ensure the speed to shelf target are achieve, the NPD are distributed OTIF, and ensuring stock availability and perfect execution in store (ordering, NPD, shopper insight).

• Optimizing the investment as well as reduce cost through excellent executions in the right store.

• Developing field force community to become future fit and spotting any opportunities which are suitable with the current needs
