Scope: Unilever Ethiopia Dukem Factory, Logistics and OpCO (Non-Make) Safety

Location: Dukem Factory

Terms & Conditions: This is a full-time position with no relocation assistance

JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Support overall Safety Health and Environment Standards and Implementation at Opco and relevant Field Operations ( CD and Marketing).

• Project and Contractor Safety management on the day today maintenance activities

• Daily walkthrough around the office identifying unsafe acts and conditions

• Lead and support Safety Bonding and Safety Moment discussions

• Emergency equipment management (Fire Extinguishers, First Aid boxes)

• Report and Investigate all types of Safety Incidents in OpCo and Field operation including road safety

• Generate Daily and Weekly reports on SHE Performance

• Business partner the HR Manager on all Office Safety Initiatives

Experiences & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Environment and / or/ related engineering degree, with 1-2 years of Safety experience in General or Construction Industry.
