What makes this internship exciting?

As a Customer Development Trade Marketing Intern at Unilever, you will have an exciting and dynamic role where you collaborate with multiple teams and gain exposure across different business functions. You will work closely with Brand Marketing teams, customer teams/account managers, and support more than 100 enthusiastic field sales representatives.

This internship offers the unique opportunity to work across all product categories and brands within Unilever Retail. Even better, you will quickly see the impact of your work reflected in supermarkets throughout the Netherlands!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contributing ideas, developing, and coordinating new promotional campaigns;
• Presenting and introducing campaign initiatives to the Field Sales team;
• Ensuring consistency between promotional activities and brand identity;
• Coordinating various in-store and outdoor marketing activities, such as events and in-store demonstrations;
• Creating engaging sales presentations in an app used by store account managers.

You’re the perfect fit if:

• You’re available for 5 to 6 months starting August-September 2026 (minimum 32 hours/week).​

• You are enrolled in a Bachelor (3rd or 4th year) or Master program, preferably in Marketing. 

• You are fluent in Dutch and/or English. 

• You have a passion for creativity and driving impactful ideas. 

• You have strong analytical thinking skills. 

• You understand digital marketing and marketing principles. 

• You can link marketing strategies with consumer love. 

• You have a passion for high performance.
