- Cikarang Factories – Multi‑Category Production Hub
Our Cikarang site is a large manufacturing area made up of multiple Unilever factories, each producing different FMCG categories such as Beauty & Wellbeing, Home Care Liquids, Non Soap Detergents (Detergents), and Savoury (Foods). It’s one of Unilever Indonesia’s biggest operational zones, a place where you’ll experience advanced automation, high‑quality production processes, and end‑to‑end supply chain excellence across various product categories.
- Rungkut Factory – Surabaya Personal Care Center
One of Southeast Asia’s largest Personal Care sites producing skin cleansing and oral care products. Perfect for apprentices curious about high-speed production, quality assurance, and large-scale operations.

The UPLIFT selection process is designed to help us get to know you and for you to understand how we work. Here’s what your journey will look like:

Step 1: Online Application
Submit your profile and tell us why you’re interested in joining UPLIFT.

Our team reviews your background, strengths, and suitability for the role.

Step 3: Focus Group Discussion (FGD)
A collaborative session where we observe how you communicate, problem-solve, and work with others.

A conversation with the function you’re applying to, exploring your motivations and how you approach real work scenarios.
