WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE


The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following key areas:

•Campaign development for design market (including IMC development, TVC, digital assets, influencer marketing frameworks)

•Lead innovation deployment for key markets including overall project and network management

•Work closely with brand building team on the strategy, innovation plan and communication calendar for the brands

•Work closely with agencies (creative, digital, PR, activation, media etc) to craft flawless brand experiences across touch points

•Drive consistent brand execution across key markets, ensuring integration of global brand world and communication guideline across touchpoints

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED


Experiences & Qualifications

•Has 2 to 3 years of experience in Brand Management, Innovation and Comms

•Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing plans that align with business objectives, drive consumer demand, and deliver measurable results

•Fast-paced environment, multi-task whilst remaining agile and reactive

•Has eye for detail and able to evaluate and judge creative outputs from agencies.

•Has strong sense of ownership and accountability, leading & managing quality & deadline of workstream while holding self (and others) accountable.

•Has strong communication skills, can articulate a clear point of view, and share it with key internal and external stakeholders across functions.

•Has an ability to identify and clearly articulate an issue and propose solutions.

•Is Consumer-centric & alert with new market/consumer trends.

•Has strong analytical skills and a good business acumen
