JOB PURPOSE

As the CX Hub Lead – Tech & D&A, you will lead the regional Tech & D&A Hub, ensure the effective execution of global data and technology strategies while adapt them to local market needs. You will play a pivotal role in harmonizing data and analytics practices, accelerating deployment of global initiatives, and supporting customer experience (CX) transformation across the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Regional Hub Leadership, manage the regional Tech & D&A Hub, providing expert support for all data and technology needs across markets.
- CX Initiatives Market Adaptation, translate global CX (Customer Experience) and D&A strategies into actionable regional plans, ensuring relevance and impact in local markets.
- Hub Resource Prioritization, assess and allocate regional resources effectively to maximize business impact and support high-priority markets.
- Accelerated Market Deployment, drive faster adoption of global tools, platforms, and analytics capabilities across regional markets.
- Data/Analytics Harmonization, ensure consistency in data definitions, metrics, and reporting standards across all markets in the region.
- Manage hub team effectively as first point of contact to UFS Markets for issue resolution.
- Standardization & Governance, deploy global Tech & D&A standards and ensure compliance across regional operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration, act as the bridge between Global BE&A – Tech, Regional CX and markets, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Innovation & Enablement, identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in data and tech capabilities. Support the adoption of new tools and technologies across the region.
- Performance Monitoring, track and report on key performance indicators related to data usage, tech adoption, and business impact.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in data analytics, technology deployment, or digital transformation roles and managing cross-functional teams and regional operations.
- Strong operating knowledge of data platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks), analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Python), Sales CRM Tools (Salesforce) and digital ecosystems.
- Experince with sales conversion & digital engagement analytics is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the business model, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with b2b industries is a plus.
