Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading and driving the community management agenda to strengthen brand relevance and equity across owned social channels, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand voice
  • Own the end-to-end community engagement strategy, including moderation standards, engagement guidelines, and escalation management, to deliver best-in-class consumer experience
  • Drive brand performance through strategic community initiatives, UGC amplification, and community-led activations that support demand generation and brand building objectives
  • Analyze community sentiment, post-performance, and engagement trends to generate actionable insights and inform content optimization and narrative direction
  • Stakeholder management and collaborate with cross function includes External agencies and internal stakeholder
  • Monitor and manage community-related budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective deployment

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in health related, social studies, or related field 
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in community and stakeholders’ management or marketing. 
  • Strong curiosity to understand of consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor analysis. 
  • Strong confident to managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

Skill

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate brand vision and strategy effectively. 
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make informed decisions. 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and driving change. 
  • Proficiency in social media and amplification
