Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP)
It is a 3-year accelerated program designed to nurture your talent and fast track you into bright and exciting leadership roles. Open to graduating students, fresh grads, and young professionals with up to 2 years of work experience
Unilever Business Week and Internship Program
A week-long immersion where you gain exposure to the amazing teams in Unilever that will teach and inspire you, with an internship opportunity for you to make a positive difference with your fresh thinking and creativity. Open to penultimate students.
Unilever EDGE Internship Program
Unilever EDGE is a 3–6-month immersive program to build future-fit talent. With two tracks, Social-First Marketing and Omni-Commerce (Customer Development), designed to give you real-world, hands-on experience that will equip you with future-ready skills to lead in an ever-changing world. This internship will help you gain an EDGE in the industry. Open to penultimate students.
