Job Title : MarCo Product Design Manager
Location: Bangalore , India


PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
This role is responsible for bringing strong analytical capabilities for Business Operations MarCo analytics. The Candidate should have significant track record of Product Management driven by expertise in Supply Chain domain. We are looking for an experienced leader who can build and deploy Digital data backed solutions to deliver results in a multi-cultural environment.
The role involves designing and executing a strategic roadmap to drive analytics, for MarCo Product, including Product and Supply Chain Cost Benchmarking analysis leveraging machine learning and advanced AI analytics. The candidate will work cross-functionally with data & tech foundation teams and business stakeholders to create innovative products that enable data-driven decision-making on Supply Chain cost reduction and margin impacts , simplification and efficency.


WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
• Contribute to developing the product roadmap that aligns with business goals, addressing analytical needs for Business Operations net productivity ambitions.
• Design new capabilities as part of business requirements and Product roadmap
• Work with global capability teams to align and prioritize features and enhancements.
• Provide insights in developing BRDs and training materials. Understand the business success metrics, and usability requirements to ensure successful deployment and monitoring of product performance.
• Serve as the primary contact for business stakeholders regarding product capabilities, gather and refine requirements, feedback, and coordinate solution delivery on the design perspective in line to the client needs.
• Contribute /support with change management and steerco with Sr stakeholders (WL3+) with effective communications
• Budget management and control
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS
Necessary Experience & Qualifications
• 10+ years’ experience in leading Supply Chain , R&D Analytics and digital tool deployment.
• Good Communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently with cross functional Sr leadership in BGs, BU´s and Supply Chain functions.
• Strong business analysis skills and awareness to drive business process improvement
• Proven ability to define and deliver complex digital products, ideally in supply chain and finance.
• Knowledge of agile product development methodologies, techniques and standards
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
• Understanding of data flow via data lakes and data models
• Understanding on Product Design Process
• Stakeholder management proven experiences
• Product Design & documentation techniques
