Role Purpose
Own factory operational quality for Cikarang Savoury (Royco + Bango Filling). Support the UMS (Unilever Manufacturing System) Quality pillar implementation at the site. Own supplier quality control for ALL RM/PM (Raw Materials / Packaging Materials) (audit, qualification, risk). Provide Innovation Quality support for launches produced at the Savoury factory.

Scope & Ownership

• Factory operational quality: release, IPC (In-Process Control), QC Lab operations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), compliance, and site KPIs.

• Lead UMS implementation (pillar assessments, loss tree, standards, capability).

• Supplier quality control for ALL RM/PM: annual audit plan, qualification/requalification, FSRA (Food Safety Risk Assessment), food fraud mapping, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action).

• Innovation Quality support for products made at Savoury.

Key Responsibilities

• Run daily site quality operations and maintain audit readiness (ISO, HACCP, Halal, regulatory).

• Lead QC Lab accuracy, method validation, proficiency testing; verify CoA/COM (Certificate of Analysis / Certificate of Manufacturing).

• Execute Quality Control Plans and testing; drive Right-First-Time and defect reduction.

• Plan & execute supplier audits; close findings OTIF (On Time In Full) and build supplier capability.

• Own RM/PM non-conformance process; manage micro/foreign body/allergen risks.

• Partner with Procurement, R&D, and SC to align specifications to process and supplier performance.

• Support I&R (Innovation & Renovation) at Savoury: FoQRA (Formulation Quality Risk Assessment) inputs, PQ/QR/MVT (Process Qualification / Quality Release / Manufacturing Validation Trial), first-run approval.

• Lead UMS factor improvement through pillar health and competency building.

KPI

• PQS (Product Quality Score) / CRQS (Consumer Relevant Quality Score).

• CCPMU (Consumer/Customer Complaints per Million Units) and Market Defects for Savoury-made products.

• Supplier audit plan completion (%) and findings closure lead-time.

• RM/PM incoming defects (ppm) and supplier performance score.

• Regulatory/Certification results; Lab accuracy & proficiency test pass rate.

• UMS factor score for the Quality pillar.
