Main Job Purpose
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic marketer to lead Future Menus 2026 and key demand generation initiatives—translating food trends into commercially impactful campaigns that drive operator engagement, leads, and sales conversion.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, digital, and commercial execution, requiring strong ownership across end-to-end campaign management—from concept development to execution and performance optimization.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:

End-to-End Campaign Leadership

  • Lead Future Menus Launch, Soo Pinoy Must-Eat Guide, Chefmanship Academy, Innovation Blitz, and Pull Marketing Support Programs
  • Manage full funnel: demand generation to lead capture then conversion
  • Oversee timelines, stakeholders, and agencies

Trend Translation & Content Strategy

  • Translate food trends into commercially relevant concepts
  • Develop strong storytelling frameworks

Demand Generation & Digital Marketing

  • Drive digital-first campaigns focused on leads and conversion
  • Manage content, influencers, and platform performance

Commercial & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Customer Development (CD / Pull teams)
  • Balance standard vs customized approaches
  • Connect with global tech teams and agencies for the execution of certain campaigns

Performance & Data Optimization

  • Track lead generation, conversion, and engagement
  • Use data to optimize campaigns

  • Business & Data Acumen: Comfortable using data to drive decisions and strategy
  • Agility & Ownership: Thrives in ambiguity and owns projects end-to-end
