1. Job Description:

Media Strategy & Planning

  • Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly performance media plans aligned with DCom business targets across platforms, portfolios, and JTBDs.
  • Build portfolio- and platform-specific media strategies with a holistic full-funnel view across traffic, conversion, buyer acquisition, and retention.
  • Partner with agencies to design and optimize media mix based on business priorities and platform dynamics.

Budget Management & Optimization

  • Own media budget planning, allocation, pacing, and ROI optimization across portfolios and platforms.
  • Continuously optimize investment allocation to maximize efficiency while balancing growth and strategic priorities.
  • Recommend dynamic budget shifts based on performance trends and growth opportunities.

Campaign Execution & Performance Optimization

  • Lead daily campaign operations and real-time optimization to deliver against GMV, traffic, and conversion KPIs.
  • Drive agile test-and-learn agenda to continuously improve media effectiveness and unlock new growth levers.
  • Ensure operational excellence and strong execution discipline across all campaigns.

Data Analytics & Business Insights

  • Analyze media performance, platform data, and buyer behavior to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand buyer base, improve media efficiency, and unlock platform/portfolio-specific growth.
  • Develop differentiated optimization approaches by platform, category, and audience segment.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Performance Storytelling

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and agencies to drive aligned execution and performance tracking.
  • Build dashboards and clear visualization of business/media performance for regular reviews.
  • Present data-driven insights, performance updates, and actionable recommendations to support business decision-making.

Innovation & Capability Building

  • Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and emerging best practices.
  • Pioneer experimentation with new media approaches, tools, and technologies (e.g. AI/automation).
  • Continuously improve ways of working to enhance speed, efficiency, and performance outcomes.

2. Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, e-commerce, or growth roles
  • Strong hands-on expertise across marketplace/social commerce platforms, especially Shopee and TikTok Shop
  • Excellent analytical capability with proven ability to generate actionable insights from data and independently drive business decisions
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, auction mechanics, attribution, and optimization levers
  • Experience managing media budgets and driving ROI/ROAS optimization
  • Strong operational discipline and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and fast learner with continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience with AI/automation/advanced analytics tools is a plus
