JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Distribution

  • Achieved monthly and annual sales targets by implementing effective route planning and sales strategies.
  • Ensure 100% execution of distribution plans for core and must‑sell SKUs.
  • Drive numeric and weighted distribution across assigned territories.
  • Manage order‑taking, route planning, and coverage expansion
  • Collaborated with marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely promotions and stock replenishment.
  • Monitored expiry management, cold chain compliance, and maintained product quality.
  • Managed market overdue through proactive client follow-ups and strategic collection planning.
  • Managed returns & damaged, minimizing processing time and ensuring accurate credit issuance.
  • Managed TTS (Trade Terms Spend) budgets effectively to ensure optimized promotional ROI.
  • Tracked TTS utilization and ensured alignment with sales targets and channel strategy.

2. Retail Execution

  • Ensure flawless freezer execution, including planogram compliance, stock rotation, and hygiene.
  • Drive Perfect Store KPIs: availability, visibility, share of freezer, and pricing accuracy.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
  • Implement trade promotions and ensure POSM visibility

3. Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Representatives/Merchandisers.
  • Conduct regular field market visits and on‑the‑job coaching.
  • Monitor performance KPIs and conduct monthly/Weekly business reviews.

4. Operational Excellence

  • Ensure timely reporting (sales, OOS, market feedback).
  • Strengthened relationships with customers, increasing product penetration and market share.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety practices, and quality standards.

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degreed (Bachelors is minimum requirement)
  • 8 years + of UAE FMCG Experience is a must
  • UAE General Trade Experience is a must
  • Ice-cream Experience is preferable
