JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

1.Sales Ownership & Customer Management

  • Own total turnover (TO) and sales delivery by customer across Modern Trade.
  • Set annual customer‑level targets for volume, sales, promo investments, and profitability.
  • Lead customer business reviews, JBPs, and full review cycles.
  • Build annual activity calendars and promo agreements with key accounts and local chains.
  • Manage assortment, innovation listings, activation, and distribution across MT and local chains.
  • Manage GRVs, returns, reconciliations, payment follow-ups, and claims resolution.

2. Retail Execution & Perfect Store Compliance

  • Drive perfect in-store performance in coordination with execution/field teams.
  • Track OSA, OSD, and SOS using the 6Ps and enforce accountability for Perfect Store standards.
  • Conduct store and market visits across channels to assess execution and identify opportunities.
  • Lead performance assessments: Perfect Store score, cabinet availability, pricing compliance, SOS, and retail execution.
  • Manage asset deployment and counterparty performance across stores.

3. Planning, Forecasting & Investment Optimization

  • Lead and maintain sales and spend trackers with accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
  • Drive bottom‑up planning including TTS control, promo intensity, activation planning, and in-store investment optimization.
  • Manage MT trade spends including store‑level deals, promotions, and investments.
  • Ensure end‑to‑end execution of retail strategy with actionable reporting to management.

4. Omni-Channel & Digital Execution

  • Lead omni‑channel activation planning including online listings, visibility, and availability.
  • Secure listings for core SKUs, innovations, and priority items across online & offline MT customers.

5. Insights, Analytics & Strategic Recommendations

  • Analyze EPOS data to track sell‑out, availability, share, and execution performance.
  • Share strategic insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders to drive growth.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degreed (Bachelors is minimum requirement)
  • 8 years + of UAE FMCG Experience is a must
  • UAE Modern Trade Experience is a must
  • Frozen Category Experience is preferable
  • A strong account executive or management track record
