JOB PURPOSE Role Overview As the Demand Fulfillment Manager for the Personal Care (PC) category in Arabia, you will lead the demand & supply planning agenda for the PC categories in Arabia, sitting at the core of the S&OP process. You will partner closely with PC Category Teams, Customer Development, Marketing, Sourcing Units (SUs), Market & Sales Organizations (MSOs), Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to deliver an integrated volume and sales plan. You will own the short-, mid- and long-term sales forecast, proactively manage demand–supply risks, and secure sustainable business performance across the Skin Cleansing, Oral and Deodorants sub-categories. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE Demand & Supply Planning • Drive harmonized, leading-edge demand planning processes and tools to deliver business targets – service, inventory, business waste, and forecast accuracy. • Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with PC Category Teams, Customer Development, SUs, MSOs/CMs, Procurement, and Logistics to enable effective S&OP and business decision-making. • Generate practical, sustainable solutions to overcome operational challenges and support business growth in collaboration with business teams. • Lead supply chain disruption interventions and supply shortage preventions by ensuring adequate safety stocks. • Support Marketing and I&P teams through the innovation and renovation agenda, including robust planning and simplification for Hair, Skin Cleansing, and Deodorants. • Manage inventory while ensuring maximum service level and availability. Minimize business waste risk by actively managing over and residual inventory. • Endorse future-fit planning processes via increasing variety of inputs for no-touch planning, as well as improvement in adoption of no-touch forecasting. Category & Business Planning • Develop and execute the PC category planning framework for Arabia, including run strategy for Hair, Skin Cleansing, and Deodorants. • Own PC planning KPIs (service, inventory, cost, obsoletes, DBNR, forecast accuracy, deployment, waste) and drive improvement programs aligned to PC PTAB Arabia planning standards. • Lead scenario planning and crisis management to ensure business continuity. • Manage allocations for Business Plans and operational overflows. • Oversee end-to-end Planning Operations for the PC category in Arabia. Capacity Planning • With extended SC & factory teams; drive governance around monthly/quarterly RCCP cycles, supporting key decisions on risks, stock builds, and overflows. • Ensure strong customer service, responsiveness, and volume deployment across the Arabia network. • Apply consistent planning frameworks with SUs and MSOs to drive capability and perfect execution. Transformation & Leadership • Drive planning transformation initiatives across technology and process improvement. • Build an inclusive, high-performing team culture. • Develop capabilities and hold teams accountable to high standards. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience. • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in supply chain planning, operations, or related roles. • Local Arabia experience is essential. • Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts. • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs. • Holding people accountable, developing self and others, breakthrough thinking, optimizing Supply Chain integrated performance, strategic vision and influencing.
