JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to Lead the Quality organization in Besan Factory, Tuzla Istanbul. Lead the function and inspire team to ensure consumer safety and do continuous improvement You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Look After E2E Quality of Foods Factory Besan  
• Consumer Safety Internal Audits of Owned Sites
• Doing Country level risk assessment from quality and regulatory and pov and put in place plans to mitigate the risk
• Coordinate with MQO team on market related issues
• Coordinate with CEC on consumer and customer complaints, do RCA  and implement and validate CAPA.
• Give periodic reviews and visibility of Product Quality performance to Country and BU Leadership
• Participate and contribute to BU led campaigns and programmes
• Maintain and improve compliance of manufacturing sites and ensure certifications like FSSC 22000, Halal and other applicable
• Look After Repack and CoPack Activities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate or Post Graduate in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Food Science/Chemistry, with 8+ Years Experience in Foods and Beverages FMCG and leading quality teams
