Our Customer Development teams work closely with our customers to drive category growth, build strong partnerships, and ensure our brands are brilliantly executed in every channel.  

Within our Out of Home business, we collaborate with customers across various modern and traditional trade environments to deliver outstanding value, visibility, and execution.

As part of our Out of Home Business, we are looking for a Customer Executive to join our Customer Development department in Eskisehir.

The purpose of the role is to develop and execute customer strategy and customer business plans within the AFH (Away From Home) Channel while managing the growth and profitability agenda.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Manage and develop relationships with customers
  • Develop, implement, and optimize customer strategy
  • Agree on mutual customer business plans to achieve business targets in Modern Trade
  • Deliver, track, and review the plan
  • Provide customer and channel insights
  • Manage the customer P&L for relevant categories
  • Negotiate commercial terms and trade investments
  • Manage customer operations
  • Work closely with category managers for category inputs and with customer marketing for banner/channel plans
  • Ensure effective use of trade spending with customers
  • Maintain and track Perfect Store execution KPIs
  • Evaluate the execution of promotions and product placement activities
  • Contribute to the S&OP process, including forecasting
  • Work closely with Customer Service to enhance performance
  • Maximize opportunities within the customer/region by tracking customer contribution and market share 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Development (Sales)
  • Performance and growth-oriented mindset
  • P&L and financial understanding
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • High resilience and problem-solving ability
  • Negotiation and influencing skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Crisis management skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate
  • Customer and shopper-centric mindset
  • Excellent written and spoken Turkish and English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Account management experience in Customer Development
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
