Reporting to: (Global Brand Director, Vaseline & Skincare lead for PTAB)

BUSINESS CONTEXT:
This role is to be the PTAB brand manager lead for the Vaseline Global BG team. In addition- This role provides an opportunity to work on Global markets on the Core platform.
Vaseline is the largest & ONLY 1 Billion € skin care brand globally, with a truly global presence across diverse markets like the US, Southeast Asia, China, Africa & South Asia. In recent years, Vaseline has been awarded the B&W Brand of the year & it consistently outpaces B&W growth globally, year on year.
PTAB is among the top 5 markets globally & has the potential to be a big growth driver for Vaseline. Body care, especially body lotions, is a hugely under-penetrated category & therefore a massive headroom for growth.
Across markets, Vaseline is the largest Body Care brand both in share & brand power. As market leader,
Vaseline is at the cusp of reimagining the body care landscape, leading the face-ification of the body. The platforms to lead this change are as diverse as the legacy wonder jelly to new age Gluta Hya & a therapeutic offering in Pro Derma.
JOB PURPOSE
Vaseline is offering a Brand Crafting role to do some fundamental work on Core + exciting new innovations. The brand is evolving from the memory of a legacy portfolio to now building itself as a skincare moisture led master brand. This role provides an opportunity to work on Global markets on the Core platform.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Brand Strategy
• Strong business understanding – from external and internal PoV.
• Ability to translate market forces and cat strategy into long-term brand strategy to unlock this underpenetrated category.
• Clear identification of the source of growth for all brand innovations and campaigns to help design JtbDs.
Consumer Intimacy
• Put the consumer at the heart of all strategy and execution.
• Identify real consumer problems and solve them using insightful innovations & impactful communications to drive brand growth.
Project Management
• Work with R&D, Supply Chain & Finance teams for bringing to life the innovation pipeline and ensure the timely delivery of projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and help deliver business metrics of turnover, gross margin, and share.
Mix Design & Execution
• Create the comms strategy for the brand and bring it to life across all campaigns based on true consumer insights.
• Work with creative agencies and production houses to bring alive brand JtbDs through the process of issuing briefs, providing feedback, consumer testing, and final production.
• Create Brand Experience Toolkits to enable 360 deployments of campaigns across multiple media channels.
• Collaborate with R&D to create winning products on core and new innovations to help drive greater loyalty.
• Create pack designs with design agencies basis consumer insight and trade/channel realities.
Stakeholder Management
• Interface regularly with senior stakeholders from country, category, and brand to create and align long-term brand strategy.
• Co-create mixes with partners across all functions, both internal (R&D, SC, Finance, Procurement, etc.) and external (Creative, Pack Design, Consumer Research).
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experience & Qualifications
• Master’s degree in marketing or business Administration OR Equivalent.
• Experience of working with cross-functional teams, both internal and external.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing

• Strong Project Management skills.

Top 4 markets include: Arabia, Turkiye, Pakistan and Bangladesh, with smaller businesses of the balance countries. We equally have very strong businesses in Pakistan, Turkiye and Bangladesh with high market shares, ripe for the next phase of transformation. The business is on a positive trajectory on growth and profit and gaining competitively. With the latest change, we are decisively kicking off the transformation journey in our Demand creation mode across our GM organization with a focus on driving social first transformation, unmissable brand superiority across touchpoints, while accelerating in the key beauty channels.
Human Resources/Business Partnering
In Unilever HR Business Partnering teams provide strategic partner support on organisation, talent, top team effectiveness, resource allocation and business delivery (i.e. setting and implementing the people priorities for a business area).
HR Partner roles support Senior HR Business Partners on HR business partnering activities such as talent management, organisation design, building capabilities for today and tomorrow and evolving a beauty culture of outperformance.

If you are passionate about leading the delivery of the strategic people agenda for Beauty & Wellbeing Business Unit in PTAB region then this role is just for you.
This is a stretching and varied role, which blends business partnering skills with strategic HR projects. The role is designed to build and develop strategic HRBP capabilities, working to unlock talent, design and implement transformation programmes, build unique capabilities, embed new and future WoW as well as coaching and developing teams. The role will lead cross-functional projects, aligned to people strategy and priorities.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:
Implement key interventions in line with the People strategy and deploy the expertise & innovation agenda for Beauty & Wellbeing PTAB. Also where relevant, contribute to design of global products and interventions with the Expertise and Innovation teams
Support the delivery of the people agenda in building a future-fit organisation with the key capabilities needed to meet business priorities such as digital, social-first and AI tech.
Support the talent agenda including pipelining internally and externally, preparing and running high quality talent forums using relevant data and insights
Support HR Business Partner in organizational design, effectiveness and strategic workforce planning, including overheads management for the total BG/BU/Operations/Functional team
Maintain a grip of key workforce data metrics and data quality, through simplified processes giving instructions to the hub
Lead key cyclical people processes – the total End of Year process including Annual Pay Review and performance management including people development forums, goal setting and calibration where necessary.
Generate meaningful data insights across various sources/platforms and pro-actively identify HR solutions to business problems, supporting business leads to further their agenda and deliver priority interventions
Manage the change and transformation agenda and implications if applicable are considered in different geographies
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of HR Experience, demonstrating a proven track record of delivery
Experience in leading the projects end-to-end
Skills
Strong knowledge in organisational development and change, talent management, business partnering, performance management and reward
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to successfully lead and deliver complex projects within a matrix organization
Comfortable working autonomously and dealing with ambiguity.
