Job Title - Capability Executive/Sr. Executive, B&W

Location-Mumbai HO

Key Responsibilities
1. Capability Building
• Design and deliver training for Marketing teams; run skill assessments against global B&W role plans to map gaps and upskilling needs. Will be a key POC for Marketing Capability Rewire for across BUs as well
• Support Beauty Academy deployment end-to-end with the global team (in-person and online), and help run the annual learning cycle — KPIs, program lock, deployment, milestones.
• Build the beauty induction journey for B&W India newcomers.

2. Culture & Engagement
• Run existing engagement initiatives and bring fresh ideas to the table; help cultivate a connected, collaborative, confident end-to-end beauty culture.
• Support delivery of key B&W people projects, partnering with the team on stakeholder touchpoints.

3. Beauty RTM Capability (PRO & beautyverse)
• Support the PRO and beautyverse RTM teams on onboarding, capability building, and incentive rollout.

4. AI & Creative Pathfinder
• Use AI and creative tools (Canva and beyond) to turn briefs into polished outputs fast.
• Find repeatable, tech-enabled ways to scale training and engagement across a large, dispersed ecosystem - building self-serve content and tools so the team delivers more without scaling headcount.
