Job Title: Oral & Deodorants Brand Manager – Cambodia & Laos

Location: Cambodia

Reporting To: Personal Care Cambodia & Laos Marketing Lead

Job Purpose

The Oral & Deodorants Brand Manager is responsible for end-to-end brand management across Cambodia and Laos, driving business growth through strong brand strategy, execution excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role owns brand P&L performance, leads innovation and campaigns, and ensures effective execution of marketing plans to deliver sustainable growth in the Personal Care category.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Brand Management

  • Own and manage full brand P&L, ensuring delivery of business targets
  • Monitor brand health and analyze consumer, retail, and market data
  • Identify growth opportunities through continuous performance evaluation

2. Brand Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Lead development and execution of brand campaigns and innovations
  • Partner with external agencies to create impactful communication, activations, and deployment strategies
  • Drive integrated marketing initiatives to strengthen brand equity and market presence

3. Planning & Budget Management

  • Develop annual brand plans aligned with business objectives
  • Manage A&P budget and ensure effective allocation and ROI
  • Continuously track and optimize marketing investment performance

4. Insights & Market Analysis

  • Conduct ongoing analysis of consumer, category, channel, and competitor data
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies to improve brand performance
  • Monitor trends to identify risks and emerging opportunities

5. Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

  • Lead S&OP processes including demand planning, activity planning, and performance tracking
  • Monitor sales performance and provide actionable recommendations

6. Innovation & Launch Management

  • Lead product launches, relaunches, and market development initiatives
  • Develop launch plans including customer sell-in, execution, and post-launch tracking
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Manage brand-related cost-saving initiatives

7. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Build strong working relationships with Sales, Trade Marketing, CMI, Global Brand Teams, Finance, and Supply Chain
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day brand operations and alignment on key initiatives
  • Manage relationships with external partners and agencies

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability in stakeholder and people management

Preferred

  • Experience in Beauty and Personal Care industry or related channels
  • Experience in FMCG brand-building roles
