Perfect Store & eCommerce Media Specialist

JOB PURPOSE

This role exists in order to be responsible for maximizing brand visibility, execution excellence and commercial performance across physical stores and key eCommerce platforms, with a particular focus on Amazon and TikTok Shop.

The role combines field execution, category development and retail excellence with ownership of media strategy and investment across digital marketplaces. Working cross-functionally with Brand, eCommerce, Customer Development, Supply Chain and Finance teams, the position drives best-in-class shopper experiences, business growth and return on media investment through data-driven decision making and strong stakeholder management.. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perfect Store & In-Store Excellence
• Drive product visibility and execution excellence across retail stores through negotiation, consultancy and analytical activities.
• Implement and optimize promotional materials and in-store activations to enhance shopper engagement and sales performance.
• Partner with Head Office teams to develop strategic assortment and merchandising plans.
• Negotiate premium in-store visibility and display opportunities during promotional periods and commercial events.
• Monitor compliance, evaluate the effectiveness of product placement strategies and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Analyze sales and execution data to measure impact and generate actionable insights.
• Manage relationships with store stakeholders across the assigned territory.
• eCommerce Media & Digital
• Own the end-to-end media strategy across Amazon and TikTok Shop, ensuring alignment with business priorities and brand objectives.
• Manage media investment budgets and optimize resource allocation to maximize business performance and ROI.
• Lead the planning, execution and optimization of performance-driven media campaigns in collaboration with external agency partners.
• Drive content excellence and retail media effectiveness to accelerate conversion and sustainable business growth.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities and translate insights into clear business recommendations.
• Stakeholder Management
• Influence internal and external stakeholders to drive executional excellence and continuous improvement.
• Lead relationships with media and content agencies, defining priorities, challenging performance and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build integrated commercial plans that support business objectives.
• Performance & Analytics
• Define, track and report key performance indicators across media, content and in-store execution activities.
• Leverage shopper, sales and media insights to continuously improve effectiveness and commercial outcomes.
• Regularly communicate performance updates, learnings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong results orientation with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in eCommerce Media, Retail Media, Digital Commerce or Commercial Excellence.
• Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, performance marketing and lower-funnel media strategies.
• Proven ability to manage media investments and deliver measurable business results.
• Experience working with and leading external agencies.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to convert data into business actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.

Fluent professional English, both written and spoken.
