This role is part of the Global UFS HR team and represents an exciting opportunity to lead the HR agenda for Latin America. The region is a key market for the business, offering a diverse and dynamic environment with strong growth potential.

You will lead the People Strategy across LATAM (Brazil, River Plate, Andina, Central America & Mexico), partnering closely with senior stakeholders and navigating a complex, multicultural landscape.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership

• Act as a strategic partner to the Latin America leadership team
• Drive and implement the regional HR strategy aligned with business priorities
• Influence decisions on organization design, talent and culture
• Represent HR in key business discussions and planning cycles

Organizational Development & Talent

• Shape organizational structures to enable business growth
• Lead talent management, succession planning and leadership development
• Strengthen capabilities across the region, including commercial and functional skills
• Support employer branding and talent attraction efforts

Culture & Engagement

• Foster a high-performance, inclusive and growth-oriented culture
• Drive employee engagement and support leaders in building strong teams
• Champion initiatives focused on well-being, inclusion and collaboration

Transformation & Change

• Support business transformation and change initiatives across LATAM
• Enable teams to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Improve ways of working, governance and decision-making

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop a diverse HR team across the region
• Work closely with the broader HR ecosystem (HRBPs, Talent, Expertise teams)
• Ensure delivery of an integrated end-to-end people agenda

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong experience in HR, including Business Partnering roles
• Proven background in HR strategy, organizational development, talent management and change management
• Experience supporting business transformation in dynamic environments
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Solid understanding of the HR lifecycle
• Experience in LATAM markets is a plus
• Advanced English, Portuguese and Spanish
