Job Title:  Foods Strategy & Planning (CSP) Manager

Job Type: 12 month Maternity Cover

JOB PURPOSE

This roleis responsible forboth developing and implementing go-to-market strategies that translate our Foods category and brandobjectivesinto commercial plans,channelplay,portfolioand pricing tactics. This role involves influencing and deciding commercial funding decisions andidentifyinggrowth opportunities within the category.Thisis an exciting role that oversees the performance management,operational planningprocessand influencing market development plans with key customers for the Foods category. In thisroleyou will alsocoordinate and manage 1Utrade marketing activitieson key growth initiativeswith key stakeholders. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Portfolio & Channel Strategy:Define and manage the market portfolio, including channel/customerprioritisationand pack/price architecturebased on guidance from VET.Lead range reviews, delist processes, and repack strategies. Provide input for local assortment strategy and channel transformation. Develop and execute Local Jewels Strategy and Portfolio.

  • Annual Planning:Lead creation of the Country/Category annual plan (AP) integrated with VET IBP. Cascade and adapt the Category Growth Strategy (CCGS) to local market needs. Set yearly OKRs and JTBD aligned with country/category priorities.

  • Innovation & Launch Management:Provide market input on upcoming innovations and contribute to Gate Keeping Meetings. Set market NPD volume estimates andpipefillvolumes, includingmarket share anddistribution targets, trackand evaluate product launches.

  • Go-To-Market Strategy:Build and drive execution of the 360 GTM plans for all 6Ps.

  • Customer Engagement & Trade Planning:Create compelling trade presentations and lead customer projects. Guidetradewindow planning and kick-off meetings.Recommend customer portfolio strategies and manage trade pricing windows.Pricing:Develop and execute pricing strategy, including RSP recommendations and promo guidelines. Lead strategic pricing initiatives and track pricing performance. Coordinate GSV creation/change and cost outlook planning.

  • Performance ManagementLead Country Growth Connects withCBD,andprepare andpresentfinancial forecast based on volumesign-offsinS&OP meetings. Drive country performance reviews and contribute to VET and 1U Europe reviews.

  • 1UTrade marketing lead:Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of in-store brandexecutionbyproject leading,briefingandco-developingPOS material forourFoods,Home Care, Personal Care & Beauty Wellbeingcategorieson prioritizedinnovations and growth initiativesandcoordinate withkey stakeholders.

REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum5years ofFMCGexperiencein variousgo-to-marketroles(sales, marketing, category management).

  • Experience with customer engagement and projects, andstrongunderstanding of local retailer dynamics and development.

  • Strongunderstanding and knowledge ofcategorymanagement and ability to convert this knowledge into businessgrowth.

  • Businessaccumeninstrategic and operational planning, commercialaccumen,category management, NRM.

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluency in Swedish and English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in converting go-to-market strategies throughUnilever'sgo-to-market capacities.

  • Proven project management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to execute and deliver tangible outcomes, with a strong bias for implementation over conceptual planning
