WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • You’re a leader: You will be a visible leader in the Supply Chain community. Your actions will have a sizeable impact on the end-to-end value chain and help fuel growth in the export markets. You will influence your colleagues and utilize world-class systems and tools to drive step-changes in supply planning performance

  • You’re a dot connector: With an innate sense of how things interlock, you will be able to bridge the needs of different functions and expertly understand where situations should be escalated for mitigation

Strategy Development and Execution

  • E2E execution of Supply Planning Team Strategy for all locally produced FG

  • Responsible for seamless Demand Supply Reconciliation (DSR), Capacity Planning and S&OP process in the markets

  • Leads DSR sourcing and capacity planning for locally produced FGs to ensure the right stock and capacity are available to support the business plan

  • Ensures operational excellence and solution management for any supply risk & issues


Reporting and Continuous Improvement

  • Oversee total Personal Care achievement of the category KPIs in Customer Service, Inventory Levels, Waste, Cost Minimization

  • Deliver 100% OTIF of Import/Export Innovations and growth plan collaboratively with Innovation Planning Team.

  • Ensure compliance by associated countries to SC/CO procedures and policies (Service Level Agreements, Working Capital, sourcing capabilities etc.)

  • Drive continuous improvement & consistency of standardized processes for BPC Export Planning Process

  • Manages a team of exports customer service executives and supply planners who are responsible for each market FG portfolio


Partnership and Collaboration

  • Collaborates and maintains high level engagement with strategic suppliers.

  • Works closely with 3rd party manufacturing (3PM) procurement to ensure proper levels of inventory to achieve the plan while ensuring inventory targets are still being met

  • Inputs into the sourcing projects based on the existing supply network


Process & Technology Management

  • Ensure process hygiene and lead technology transformation where relevant

  • Defines new processes and improvement areas for supply and exports planning

  • Owns all relevant master data requirements relating to supply planning.


Talent catalyst

  • Responsible for growing and nurturing talent including succession planning ensuring organization is fit to win short and long term

  • Key representative of PC Integrated Planning within organization


Challenges

  • Managing the interface between Global and Greater Asia LTCP, MSOs on allocation fulfillment

  • Managing conflicting priorities

  • Managing a high rate of innovation, number of SKU’s and complexity

  • Executing projects within cost, scope, time and performance parameters



What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 5 or more years combined experience in Supply Chain, specific in supply and demand planning and export related areas

  • Demonstrated analytical and conceptual problem-solving ability; excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure with autonomy

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work through ambiguity.

  • The ability to effectively lead and engage cross functional global teams and a willingness to take responsibility and accountability

  • Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to deliver results in a lean, agile organization and able to adapt to changing priorities

  • Have strong communication skills with an ability to deliver complex information to a variety of audiences with impact.

  • Understanding of key financials, P&L and network design models
