Role Overview

This role will lead the service support governance & operational excellence across CD including all core applications, infrastructure, analytics platforms.

  • Act as the IT partner to business leads, category teams, ensuring strong alignment on incidents and outcomes. 

  • Deliver structured briefs for the IT leadership to inform tech investment and prioritization decisions. 

  • Translate business requirements into a coherent IT roadmap across the product roadmaps / funnels.

  • Benchmark global and industry best practices proactively, identifying opportunities to retrofit modern architectures and capabilities into India’s landscape. 

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with external partners—marketplaces, analytics providers, tech vendors, data platforms—to unlock innovation and speed. 

  • Provide program updates to senior leaders, aligning on risks, dependencies, and value realization metrics 

  • Uphold governance, cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance standards across platforms and integrations. 

  • Optimize the budget consumption for the service line in terms of rationalizing and making informed decisions.
