WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE This role sits within our Beauty & Personal Care Marketing Team for the Nordics and will lead on crafting and implementing the brand portfolio and innovation and brand experience and communications for our Oral Care brands. Key Activities: • Develop annual and long-term category and brand strategies to deliver on the Nordic business objectives aligned with European and Global strategies. • Management, analysis and optimization of current product portfolio. • End-to-end project management for new product launches and renovations, including P&L responsibility. • Craft multi-channel media, partnership and sampling strategies, including both consumer and professional marketing channels. • Lead the activation development and execution of the category brand plans using global or regional assets and ensuring relevance in the local context. • Brand Marketing Investments (BMI) management and forecasting • Accountable for the analysis of category and brand performance, purpose delivery and brand health. This includes the monitoring of progress against key measures and ROI of key activities. • Build business partnerships across the Nordics. Key stakeholders include Customer Strategy & Planning, Shopper Marketing, Customer Business Development, Net Revenue Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Media, and Consumer Market Insights (CMI). WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences, Skill & Qualifications The right person for this role has some years of working experience within consumer brand marketing and is a determined self-starter and action-oriented team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, who strives to win but remembers to have fun while doing it. You have strong business acumen, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills as well as enjoy making data-driven decisions. Last but not least, you are an excellent communicator who can craft convincing stories on our brands to consumers and customers as well as internal stakeholders to inspire them to work toards the same goal. You are constantly on the lookout for better ways to do things, engaging and collaborating with others along the way. • You focus on the consumer and what they need.
