Job Purpose Dove Brand Content Lead (Brand Manager) is responsible for managing and growing brand through brand-driven communication, content and consumer experience, renovation of current core portfolio and brilliant implementation of NPD platforms, guarantee creative excellence, brand consistency and effectiveness (ROI), via: • Championing competitive behaviour and mindset throughout the business and translating it into targeted marketing activities to grow brand share • Leading the digital content creation for our Brand in the market • Leveraging our E2E marketing technology capability (including Gen AI) • Liaising with local social first content agencies. Guarantee creative excellence, brand consistency and effectiveness (ROI). Main Responsibilities • Development of a share-growth-oriented marketing plan that seizes opportunities in product innovation, competitor activities, customer/channel specific needs • Represent consumer (insights), brand strategy and product quality requirements on the cross-functional discounter team • Lead and develop integrated communication ideas & activation platforms based on the brand vision plan working with cross-function teams and external agencies. • Lead the development and execution of a market-specific content strategy that aligns with the brand direction, resonating deeply with local cultural nuances and beauty trends. • Own content effectiveness and excellence for the brands across consumer and shopper touchpoints • Oversee the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation and planning to execution and optimization, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines, BET strategy and assets – ensuring it resonates with the communities we are engaging with. • Stay ahead of platform algorithms, creative trends, and consumer behavior shifts to adapt content strategy • Work hand-in-hand with Media, Digital Commerce, Brand, and CMI teams to ensure fully integrated communication • Continuously analyze brand performance metrics, derive actionable insights, and adapt the marketing strategy to optimize performance online and offline (engagement, reach, and overall ROI) Experience WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCESS: • 5+ years brand management experience in FMCG environment • Integrated Marketing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement communication ideas, activation platforms, and product innovation initiatives that grow brand share • Content Creation Leadership: Proven experience in leading creative content teams or projects, ideally in beauty or a related industry. • Social Media Content Creation: Familiar and have a strong understanding of local culture and platform nuances, trends. • Beauty Product Knowledge (Preferred): Strong understanding of beauty products, trends, ingredients, and industry terminology across makeup, skincare, haircare, etc. • Proven Strategic & Creative Skills: A portfolio demonstrating strong content strategy development, execution, and a track record of creating engaging, on-brand content. • Project management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver on time with excellence. • Agency Management: Proven success briefing, managing, and collaborating effectively with external agencies, ensuring high-quality output and brand consistency. • Data-Driven Mindset: Comfort using analytics to measure content performance, derive insights, and make data-informed decisions to optimize content strategy.
