JOB PURPOSE

This role is an opportunity to help shape the future of two of the world’s most trusted brands. As an Associate Brand Manager, you will play a key role in evolving Dove and Dove Men+Care in haircare and skincare to win both online and in-store creating seamless, engaging experiences that connect with people wherever they shop.

You will sit at the intersection of creative storytelling, commerce, and shopper experience, bringing together content, retail execution, and consumer insights to drive meaningful growth. Your work will directly influence how people discover, try, and stay loyal to our products, making a measurable impact on both business results and everyday lives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • E-Commerce Content Lead

    • Own execution of eCommerce content across Amazon, brand.com, and retailer PDPs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and strong conversion

    • Lead development of highly desirable A+ content, enhanced content, brand stores, and digital shelf assets that land beauty and science

    • Lead optimization of product pages in partnership with Beauty & Wellbeing subject matter experts to improve visibility and conversion

  • Commercial & Customer Partnership

    • Lead execution of retailer displays national programs, shelf strips, and shopper-facing assets that brilliantly capture attention in store and online

    • Partner with customer teams on the development of best-in-class special packs and club packs

    • Ensure best-in-class in-store presence and messaging across key retail partners

  • Project Management

    • Own campaign management and end-to-end project leadership across multiple initiatives, coordinating:

      • Creative and production agencies

      • Legal and R&D teams

      • Supply chain and sourcing

      • Brand innovation, demand creation, and media teams

    • Ensure strong alignment, clear communication, and proactive issue resolution across stakeholders

  • Demand Generation

    • Partner with cross-functional partners on the annual planning and execution of Dove.com and PRM content

    • Develop and execute consumer sampling activities that will drive trial and increase penetration on hero items within the Dove and Dove Men portfolio

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus

  • 4+ years’ experience in Brand and/or Integrated Marketing, preferably within CPG, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands

  • A social-first mindset – you’re well versed in the worlds of Instagram, TikTok and the creator economy with a passion for beauty

  • Strong organization and project management skills; ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment working with multiple cross-functional partners and stakeholders

  • Content creation background with experience in haircare or adjacent beauty category

  • Strong analytical skills and a capacity for deriving insights from data to ultimately make recommendations for the business

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across internal teams and agency partners.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. 

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. 

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
