McCormick brings more than 135 years of heritage, a presence in 150+ countries and territories, and a portfolio of trusted brands. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions, with completion estimated for mid-2027.

You will learn the current planning landscape, connect with key partners across the business, and help establish the routines, measures, and decision-making forums needed to support business continuity and performance.
