WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Global Process SME-Ops, Warehousing, who is responsible for driving standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of warehousing and global trade processes across regions. This role ensures process governance, aligns with global and regional stakeholders, and supports digital transformation initiatives including system implementations (e.g., WMS, GTS, ERP).  The role ensures that the future-state process design adopts the principles (simplification, standardization, harmonization), reflects business needs, complies with global and local regulatory requirements, and leverages ERP capabilities efficiently. The Process Lead partners closely with the GPO, Process SMEs, Product Domains, implementation partners, and key business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Design & Standardization

    • Lead the definition of a global harmonized process

    • Propose process designs on behalf of the GPO

    • Identify and drive standardization and simplification opportunities across segments and markets

    • Support the Technical KDDs, including technical choices

    • Support MDM (Master Data Management) process from a domain perspective (where applicable)

    • Ensure process designs reflect leading practices, are Agentic ready and enable control, efficiency, and scalability.

    • Support the design of AI capabilities and data model definition required to enable the implementation of automation, agentic users and other AI solutions in the process area

  • Requirements Gathering & Fit-Gap Analysis

    • Support assessments between global templated vs local requirements and maximize out of the box adoption

    • Translate business needs into system requirements and process changes, whilst securing minimal customizations

  • Solution Delivery Support

    • Review testing scenarios and support defect resolution.

    • Review cutover and deployment plan

    • Support data conversion, cutover, and go-live activities and hypercare related to the process domain

  • Controls & Compliance

    • Partner with Risks & Control team to embed risk mitigation into process design

  • Stakeholder Management

    • Serve as the single point of contact for the process area, bridging business and technical stakeholders.

    • Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution within the process domain

    • Communicate effectively with regional and functional teams to gain alignment and buy-in

  • Change Management & Training

    • Provide input to training materials

    • Support change impact analysis and contribute to communication planning

    • Act as a change champion for the new ways of working in the Order Managmef function

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3~5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics operations role.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading transformation projects and handling process change at big scale is preferred 

  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, global trade regulations, and related systems (WMS, GTS, ERP such as SAP).

  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools for reporting and analytics
