Job Title: Global Dove ABM

JOB PURPOSE:
A unique opportunity for a Senior Assistant Brand Manager to immerse themselves in the world of Dove Hair and Skin and be a driver of the new brand directions and growth. A very dynamic and high profile role that brings the opportunity to learn the business; deliver strategy for Europe and develop and deploy innovations for one of the key regions for Unilever in one of the most inspirational brands in Unilever.
Dove is undergoing key strategic shifts to accelerate its growth and strengthen its leadership with a plan to grow to 2Bn€ through its vision to be a Beauty Brand Expert in Damage. The role is a high visibility opportunity to leverage and learn of Unilever Global Business as well as driving a Big Bet Core Innovation for Hair and Skin across Europe.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1/ Lead Hair Global Big Bet Innovation into UK and Rest of Europe (project Dynasty)
- Successfully drive a Global Innovation with rigours execution: project manage the innovation, from concept adaptation to Artwork development, market sell-in and full Product Development Lock. Engage with markets, drive x-functional teams, and drive Comms BET for Europe with UK as a design market.
- Closely collaboration with SEA
2/ Lead SKIN Global Big Bet Innovation into UK and Rest of Europe (project Defy and DJ)
- Successfully drive a Global Innovation with rigours execution: project manage the innovation, from concept adaptation to Artwork development, market sell-in and full Product Development Lock. Engage with markets, drive x-functional teams, and drive Comms BET for Europe with UK as a design market.
- Closely collaboration with LATAM
3/ Unlock Growth Opportunity Spaces for Dove in Europe
- Help build the opportunity growth and future innovations plans for Europe, understanding the region context and overalying the global direction to growth 2x fiar share.
- Be the Global reference of the markets
- Be a point of contact with Finance as your cross functional team partners to drive a full understanding current innovation performance and future ones.
4/ Lead Brand Budget (CIP)
- Successfully drive and manage total brand marketing budget. Ensure correct tracking and analysis, making sure all inputs are in place, on time and in full. Responsibilities in budget allocation analysis and leading with regional directors and teams.

• Resilient innovation leader. You embody the lean-like-a-start-up innovation approach and mindset, to help deliver relevant and impactful products to market at speed.
• Curiosity about consumers and instinctive gut-feel.
• A successful candidate must have strong project management skills and capable of leading cross functional teams.
• Strong influencing and communication skills to take the lead on setting the UK innovation strategies and driving them through the business to gain support and alignment.
• Analytical thinking to leverage data into consumer insight

Location
In September 2020, Unilever announced the intention to build a new sustainable campus site in Kingston, London.This site will house some employees who currently work in 100 Victoria Embankment in Blackfriars together with colleagues who are currently located in Lever House in Kingston. We are excited to be creating our own Unilever sustainable, agile work environment. The campus is due to be completed in 2026.

Recruitment Fraud
Cyber criminals advertise fake job adverts with prestigious employers as a way of stealing information or even defrauding individuals out of money.In the most sophisticated cases, they will set up fake websites, which have a similar address to companies like Unilever. They even conduct fake telephone interviews and then offer candidates a role with the proviso they pay a fee for background checks or to cover work visa costs. These types of attacks are becoming more common as more people are looking for employment in the economic climate.
How is Unilever tackling this?
Many of Unilever’s recruitment sites publish a warning to candidates about recruitment fraud. The Cyber Security team also proactively scan for signs of people setting up fake Unilever sites and act to close them down.
What can I do?
If you become aware of potential recruitment fraud, spot fake Unilever recruitment adverts or fake LinkedIn profiles, report them via Una Live Chat.
