JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join the Knorr team and help drive growth and execution excellence across our boullions category

In this role, you will play a key part in translating brand and category strategies into winning in-store and customer plans. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies for Knorr’s boullions, in line with brand and business priorities.
  • Analyizing sell-in and sell-out data.
  • Translate brand positioning into effective in-store activation, promotional plans and visibility initiatives.
  • Lead the development of customer-specific plans, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain.
  • Analyse market, shopper, and performance data to identify insights and optimize trade investments.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of promotions, launches, and activation campaigns.
  • Monitor KPIs, ROI, and post-promotion performance, providing actionable recommendations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Sales within FMCG.
  • Degree in economics is preferrable.
  • Strong understanding of retail dynamics, promotions, and shopper marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear actions.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passion for food brands and consumer-centric thinking.
  • Solid project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Work conditions and location:

  • Hybrid – Rome, Italy.
  • Permanent contract – Full-Time.
