Earlier this year (March 2026), Unilever announced an agreement to separate our Foods business. Our Foods business, including brands such as Hellmann's and Knorr, will join forces with McCormick to become a global flavour leader, with leading positions across spices, seasonings, condiments and complementary food categories, supported by a strong retail and foodservice platform. McCormick has 135+ years of heritage, a presence in 150+ countries and territories, and a portfolio of trusted brands. The transaction remains subject to consultation, regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions with a targeted deal close of mid-2027.

JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a SC FP&A analyst to play a central role in managing the core reporting processes of the European Supply chain. This position offers direct exposure to the Foods Europe Leadership Team across Finance and the wider organization.

You will own SC performance insights end-to-end - turning financial data into clear actions, identifying risks and opportunities, and influencing decisions that shape growth and profitability.

The role is interacting with multiple stakeholders within the broader Supply Chain finance and BU Performance Management teams. The collaboration with different BU SC Finance teams is key to align the operational month end procedures as well as share and learn from best practices. Hence, the candidate is required to develop a deep understanding of Supply Chain processes end-to-end while being able to translate this knowledge into value-focused improvement actions. Strong analytical skills are key to succeed in this role. In addition, the aim is to improve processes in terms of speed, accuracy and simplicity and generating new capabilities to further improve performance management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the core reporting processes of the European Supply Chain, including Actuals and Forecast for Foods Europe and Unilever Food Solutions Europe.
• Coordinating information flow between Supply Chain BU Finance and Supply Chain Financial Services teams & holding them accountable for timeliness and quality of information.
• Continuous improvement of processes and analytical tools to create better insights faster.
• Center of expertise for Supply Chain Finance specific technical concepts and systems.
• Provide expertise and support in Supply Chain Finance projects e.g. Flute.

The SC FP&A Analyst will interface with the following key stakeholders:

• Senior FP&A Manager (line manager)
• Foods Europe SC Finance Director and broader SC Finance team
• SC Financial Services team based in Katowice, Poland
• BU SC Finance & SC FP&A Teams in Europe

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and interested to dive into details while being able to zoom-out to see the big picture.
• Reporting fundamentals: knowledge/experience in financial analytics, reporting and forecasting with large data sets.
• Has experience with month end processes.
• A natural passion for understanding processes end-to-end and scrutinizing business results.
• Is biased towards actions that have the most tangible and significant impact to the business.
• Excel skills a must and experience with reporting systems in large businesses is a plus.  
• Relevant experience within Supply Chain Finance is a plus.
• Rapidly absorbs new information, knowledge and applies new techniques and procedures.
• Hands-on mentality to ensure things get done and holding self & others accountable
• Communication skills: able to present effectively and to translate technical results into business insights
