Main Job Purpose:

Support quality assurance activities for Collaborative Manufacturers (CMs), imported products, complaint management, and market quality operations to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:

• Manage quality activities for local and overseas Collaborative Manufacturers (CMs).
• Conduct factory audits and support NPD production inspections.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation and CM self-assessment programs.
• Investigate product quality issues and lead CAPA follow-up activities.
• Support quality batch testing, export documentation, and Quality One dossier management.
• Coordinate imported product inspections, laboratory testing, and product release activities.
• Manage consumer complaints, conduct trend analysis, and prepare quality reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous quality improvement.

Experiences & Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, Quality, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Factory Audit, Market Quality, or Complaint Management.
• Experience in product defect investigation and CAPA management.
• Knowledge of quality systems and documentation management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of Unilever Quality Standards is preferred.
• Cosmetics, Personal Care, FMCG, Food, or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience working with external manufacturers, suppliers, and testing laboratories.
