Associate Finance Manager

Job Description

• Review and validate trade term accruals at promotion level by assessing supporting documentation, including customer promotion confirmations, historical redemption rates, and promotion plans, to ensure accurate financial provision and compliance before SAP posting

• Execute key financial control activities, including quarterly Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable movement reviews and commentary, Trade Terms Spending (TTS) forecast submissions, and cash flow forecasting to ensure financial accuracy and governance

• Provide timely trade term simulations, scenario analyses, and financial recommendations to support customer negotiations on commercial terms, facilitating effective decision-making throughout complex negotiation cycles

• Partner with Finance Leadership and Business Unit teams to deliver in-depth TTS analyses by business unit and key customers, identifying optimization opportunities to enhance return on investment while supporting growth and profitability objectives

• Lead continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives within the Customer Development Finance (CDF) process, including automation and process simplification projects, to strengthen controls, improve operational efficiency, and enhance business effectiveness

Criteria
- Good analytical skill with strong business acumen
- Experience in automation or Power BI is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- FMCG industry experience is preferred

- MUST fluent in Chinese (Speak and Write) with good English ability

- Physically based in Taiwan Taipei
