Main Responsibilities


This role is responsible for driving Warehouse Operations across assigned warehouses by implementing standards, improving operational performance, and delivering continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, service, cost, quality, and productivity.

Details following job descriptions:

  • Drive Warehouse Operations agenda by deploying best practices, standards, and governance across warehouse operations.

  • Collaborate closely with Warehouse Excellence, Procurement, Customer Experience, Finance, Planner, and 3PL partners to ensure operational excellence and service level achievement.

  • Monitor warehouse performance through KPIs (safety, service level, productivity, cost, inventory accuracy) and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.

  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, loss elimination, productivity improvement, digitalization).

  • Lead projects related to Warehouse Robotic and Automation and also Continuous Improvement Projects

  • Support warehouse audits, assessments, and maturity evaluations, and ensure closure of gaps.

  • Drive standardization of warehouse processes (inbound, storage, picking, dispatch, returns, inventory management).

  • Support capacity readiness and operational preparedness during peak periods and business changes.

  • Lead or support Warehouse Operation projects and savings initiatives in line with business targets.

  • Act as key liaison with external parties (3PLs, contractors, system providers) to ensure compliance with Unilever standards and ways of working.

Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.

  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operational roles is required.

  • Prior experience working with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers is preferred.

  • Minimum 4-6 years of working experience in Warehouse Operations, Logistics Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or similar roles.

  • Prior experience in FMCG environment (Logistics, Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Operations) is a strong advantage.

  • Exposure to Warehouse Operations, Lean, WCM, TPM, or similar improvement frameworks is a plus.

Skill

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and SAP / WMS systems.

  • Solid understanding of warehouse operations and end‑to‑end logistics processes.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capability.

  • Continuous improvement mindset with knowledge of Lean / Kaizen tools.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across cross‑functional teams and external partners.

  • Ability to work independently, structured, and detail‑oriented while managing multiple initiatives.

  • Strong service, cost, and safety mindset.

  • Strategic thinking with future‑fit and digital mindset.

  • Good command of English (written and verbal).
