JOB PURPOSE
Every year, millions of babies are born in Indonesia, and every parent wants the best care for their child. At Zwitsal, we are proud to support families through trusted, gentle products and meaningful brand experiences that have been part of Indonesian homes for generations.
We are looking for a Zwitsal Activation and Experience Specialist to help bring the brand to life through impactful campaigns, product launches, and consumer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with analytical thinking, and who wants to grow their marketing career while making a real difference for families.
You will work in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment where ideas are valued, learning is encouraged, and your work has visible impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Brand Lead in planning and delivering end‑to‑end marketing initiatives that drive sustainable brand growth
Lead the execution of product innovation and improvement projects, from idea to market launch
Develop engaging communication campaigns that are rooted in consumer insight and resonate with parents and caregivers
Analyse market data, consumer trends, and campaign performance to continuously improve brand performance
Work closely with colleagues across different teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
Manage multiple initiatives at once while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Are comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities
Communicate clearly and enjoy working with others
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Degree level in Marketing or business-related studies is preferred
1-3 years' experience in brand development in FMCG/Digital/Ecommerce business
Fluent in spoken and written English
Strong ownership mindset and accountability for results
Curiosity and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate insights into action
Confidence working across teams and managing different stakeholders
Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities
