JOB PURPOSE
Lead FSRs in their assigned area to deliver the sales objectives. He / She will directly be responsible for GT channels within the territory and manage end to end sales process in the assigned territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Ensure ambitious target setting & monitor closely for performance

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increased market penetration.

  • Provide guidance and support to front liners (Sales reps / Merchandisers) in identifying sales opportunities, negotiating deals, and closing sales.

  • Ensure streamlined implementation of the customer & category strategy/activations at POS to further build market share

  • Team Management and Development:

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.

  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.

  • Prepare and lead the Sales Team Meetings, provide coaching, and feedback to maximize individual and team performance.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment and ensure smooth communication (all front liners included).

  • Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and promptly address any concerns or issues.

  • Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Territory Management:

  • Develop and implement effective area plans to maximize coverage and sales opportunities.

  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, visibility, and promotional activities.

  • Ensure qualitative in-store presence of our brands, check assortment and act on availability of our brands

  • Gather and provide competitive information to head office on a regular and continuous basis

  • Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor and review elements of customer ROWC reports to ensure customer profitability in line with customer and UL benchmarks, taking actions as required.

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor performance to identify areas for improvement and develop appropriate action plans.


Experiences & Qualifications

  • Relevant field sales experience in Territory Management with proven record of achieving results.

  • Relevant qualification

  • Must be an initiative driven, diligent person with good interpersonal skills.

  • Must possess strategic prospecting skills.

  • Key Distributor management experience is essential.
