Position: KAM Omni Channel

Department: Customer Business Development

Location: Unilever Thailand HQ

You will drive the execution and optimization of omnichannel strategies, leveraging data and insights to enhance product visibility and shopper engagement online. You’ll develop best-in-class partnerships with external and internal stakeholders to achieve joint business objectives and exponential digital growth.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:

  • Sales & Growth Optimization: Drive Joint Business Plan (JBP) targets, focusing on revenue, Gross Merchandise Value (GMV). Monitor sales performance and ensuring seamless execution of digital initiatives.
  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute omni-channel strategies for top-tier accounts, integrating physical in-store activations with retailer digital apps, websites, and Retail Media Networks (RMN).
  • Digital Shelf Excellence: Optimize product detail pages (PDPs), search rankings, content, and pricing across all retailer e-commerce platforms
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure smooth O2O activation and fulfillment. Partner with Demand
  • Creation teams to co-create end to end marketing activations that align with brand strategies and customer objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term, senior-level relationships with key retail partners to identify expansion opportunities.

What You Will Need To Succeed:

  • Min 3 to 5 years' experience in Key Account Management, Omni channel is a plus.
  • Experience with major retailers/marketplaces and executing Joint Business Plans (JBP)
  • Exceptional Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ownership Mindset: You ask challenging ‘why’ questions and take full accountability for successes and failures.
  • Tenacity & Urgency: You make things happen quickly and motivate others to be nimble and agile with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Resilience: You thrive on challenges and confidently navigate ambiguity.
  • Growth Mindset: You never settle for “good enough” and always seek to optimize and evolve.
