Unilever Leadership Internship Programme (ULIP) is designed for ambitious students ready to step into real business challenges and make meaningful impact from day one. What You’ll Do

As a ULIP Intern, you will be entrusted with a live business project aligned to strategic priorities. You will be expected to take full ownership and deliver real outcomes.

• Driving a core project end-to-end, with clearly defined business impact
• Applying structured thinking, data, and insights to solve real-world challenges
• Collaborate with logistics, planning or even our R&D team in order to create meaningful solutions for our consumers
• Demonstrating ownership, rigor, and accountability in execution
• Tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality delivery
• Presenting your project outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership

Learning & Growth Experience

• Hands-on experience working on cutting-edge, business-critical projects
• Exposure to Unilever’s ecosystem, including tools, technologies, and ways of working
• Opportunity to upskill and understand the complete sales funnel within Unilever
• Learning directly from experienced managers and industry-leading professionals across Supply Chain vertical
• Real-time feedback and development through your project journey

Mentorship & Support

You will be paired with a dedicated line manager who will guide you throughout your internship — providing direction, feedback, and support to help you succeed and grow. During your time as an intern, you will also go through multiple feedback models to help ensure real-time growth within our ecosystem.

Final Project & Future Opportunity

At the end of your internship, you will present your project to leadership. Strong performance during ULIP can unlock future placement opportunities at Unilever Bangladesh, depending on your performance and business needs.

Who Can Apply

• Final-year undergraduate students from recognized universities, with ideally all courses completed (preferably a background in engineering)
• Available for a full-time, onsite internship for the entire duration
• Individuals with a strong academic track record, with a CGPA above 2.50 at the minimum
• Individuals who have demonstrated involvement beyond academics, with strong focus across business competitions, debating, part-time projects, research papers or tech solutions
