Job Purpose
Drive the end-to-end creation of consumer-centric product mixes and communication strategies for the global face moisturization portfolio, ensuring strong alignment with local market insights. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop compelling propositions, packaging, and claims that fuel brand growth and deliver business impact. Execute projects with rigor to unlock innovation, enhance consumer engagement, and maximize market performance.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
1. Working on mix creation for the core face moisturization portfolio globally (Markets in scope Indonesia, PTAB)
• Proposition to craft consumer centric claims & concepts.
• Packaging & Comms planning.
• Understanding and deploying robust testing to identify the best business unlocks.
• Liaising with cross functional teams and agency partners for mix creation.
• Liaising with BU teams for mix deployment.
Primary Skills and Competencies:
2. Consumer Intimacy
• Putting the consumer at the heart of all strategic thinking as well as execution.
• Identify consumer insights, nuance basis different geographies and solve for them using impactful claims & communications to drive brand growth.
3. Project Management
• Strong Project Management Skills with Experience in running innovation and comms networks.
• Work with R&D, Supply Chain, and finance teams to bring to life the mix and ensure the timely delivery of projects.
• Co-create mixes with partners across all functions, both internal (R&D, SC, Finance, Procurement, etc.) and external (Creative, Pack Design, Consumer Research).
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and help in delivering business metrics of T/O, GM & Share
4.Mix Design & Execution
• Engagement and Communication – Understand and lead the process of developing BETs (from brief to comms and BET delivery)
• Work with creative agencies and production houses to bring alive brand JTBDs through the process of issuing briefs, providing feedback, consumer testing, and final production.
• Collaborate with R&D to create winning products and disruptive claims on core and innovations to help drive innovation growth.
• Create pack designs with design agencies based on consumer insight and trade/channel realities.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Education & Experience:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing.
• Bachelor's degree
Skills
• Prefer a candidate who is obsessed with the world of brands, can appreciate beauty and aesthetics and observes and enjoys the details in crafting.
• Strong Project and Network Management skills with experience in working with cross-functional teams, both internal and external
• Displays a high bias for action
• Intermediate proficiency level of handling projects & budgets. Should be able to effectively monitor progress of projects and budgets.
• Experience with data/analytics to build consumer hypothesis
Leadership
• Lead cross-functional collaboration by aligning diverse stakeholders (R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, agencies) towards a unified vision and delivering projects with clarity and ownership.
• Demonstrate a strong bias for action by proactively driving initiatives, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring timely execution against business goals.
• Guide data-driven decision making by synthesizing insights and mentoring teams to translate analytics into impactful consumer-centric strategies.
