HR Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE

Job Responsibilities
• Provide day to day administration of payroll processing functions ensuring that information and processes are current, accurate and compliant.
• Manage the Leave of Absence / Return to Work process to be aligned with local laws.
• Track and analyze absenteeism trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate logistics and support for corporate and leadership visits as required.
• Oversee uniform ordering, distribution, inventory, and vendor coordination.
• Support the execution of engagement initiatives, events, and programs to enhance employee experience.
• Partner with operations to ensure alignment with labour budgets and efficiency targets.
• Monitor and coordinate basic office/facility needs such as printer supplies (e.g., ink levels).

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HR or related field.
• Experience in payroll and HR operations with a minimum of 1-2 years, preferably in a manufacturing environment, ideally Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality with employee information.
• Previous Union experience is strongly preferred.
• Previous UKG experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability and willingness to work off shifts as needed and have a schedule that provides support to night shift employees.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $57,000-$85,600. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. 

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. 

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
