What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:
- Develop and Implement Integrated Brand Marketing Plan that connect with target audience, deployment touch points, reinforce brand identity and drive measurable results
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of brand experience initiatives using key performance indicators and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with trade, influencer, and content lead to ensure a cohesive and seamless brand experience across all platforms and channels. Manage external agency relationships, providing clear briefs, overseeing creative development, and ensuring seamless execution within budget and timeline parameters.
- Monitor budget spend based on the marketing plan
Experiences & Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- At least 3 years experience in Marketing Field
- Preferably has a Track Record in Beauty/FMCG Industry
- Project Management: Evidence of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, budgets, and timelines, ensuring successful delivery
- Digital Marketing Exposure: Familiarity with digital marketing channels, tactics, and their role in amplifying brand experiences.
- Proven Creative Skills: A portfolio demonstrating strong communication strategy development, execution, and a track record of crafting engaging and effective brand messaging
- Consumer understanding: Curiosity for consumer insights and key trends for brands to effectively engage with relevant communities
- Creative & Communication: Ability to develop and execute communication plan aligned with brand goals and target audience.
